Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders placed with Vantage are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or inventory transitions, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Vantage partners with reputable national and regional carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 10 - 14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors may affect transit.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Vantage is solely responsible for an error.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to activate.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Vantage ships to:

  • The United States and its territories (unless otherwise stated)

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain products, and we do not currently offer international shipping unless explicitly listed.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Vantage is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but reported missing

  • Theft after delivery

Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier. Vantage will assist with documentation where applicable but does not guarantee replacements or refunds once delivery is confirmed.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and inserts are included

  • The item has not been altered or damaged

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may be denied or subject to partial refunds at Vantage’s discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Electronics and audio products once opened (including AirPods, headphones, and accessories)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal wear items such as masks or balaclavas

  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

These exclusions exist for hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons.


Footwear & Apparel Returns

Footwear and apparel may be returned only if:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging intact

  • No creasing, scuffing, odor, or signs of wear

Shoeboxes must be returned inside a shipping box and not used as the shipping container.


Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@vantageshop.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Await approval and return instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A confirmed Vantage error

  • A defective item upon arrival

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Vantage is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If an item does not meet return conditions, it may be returned to the customer at their expense or refused.


Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not offered.
Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.


Authenticity & Quality Assurance

All products sold by Vantage are sourced through trusted partners, verified distributors, and authorized channels. Any claim regarding authenticity must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Vantage prior to initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension and order cancellation.


Policy Updates

Vantage reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes apply immediately upon posting to the website.
